Process

A variety of critical factors impact every search assignment and determine the level of success and the long-term effectiveness of the search process for our client. To simultaneously provide the optimum level of ‘fit’ for our client, and to identify the most capable, talented candidates, multiple processes must first be expertly executed. Brindisi Search has successfully developed and utilizes a precision process which it aggressively leverages in every assignment to assure optimal success.

Initial Position Assessment & Meeting with Client.

We conduct In-depth meetings with client, executive team, and key stakeholders as needed to help develop candidate profile and critical success factors.

Partnering with Client

We jointly create a comprehensive strategy to identify appropriate candidates for the search, and to refine search criteria, job expectations, and the long term potential for development and growth.

Initiation of Research Phase

The research phase is tailored to client needs using all available resources, to identify preliminary prospects. Multiple networks, external research, known candidates, referrals, and other resources are utilized, as hundreds of initial prospects are reviewed and thoroughly analyzed.

Prospect Contact and Preliminary Assessment

Phase begins as hundreds of potential candidates are evaluated for fit, interest level, skills, viability, and compensation, and contacted as appropriate..

Candidate Development Phase

Begins as numerous potentially qualified candidates are derived from prospect groups for further assessment. In-depth interviews are conducted to determine capabilities, cultural fit, and interest level. Outside feedback from references, former co-workers, and supervisors is solicited for candidates of interest.

Finalist Group Determination

Resulting from more rigorous and comprehensive in-depth skills and cultural assessment process. This process narrows the field, and focuses on the top group of candidates.

Finalist Selection and Offer

Successful execution of above steps leads to a high probability final selection process. We prepare to convey the offer and address any remaining obstacles. We actively manage the candidate through position acceptance and coach the candidate through on-boarding process.
